Financial Aid

Financial Aid is available for qualified individuals and companies. For more information about different grant and special financing, please contact our office at (847) 674-1109 or contact us by filling out this form.

Method of Student Payment

Students are required to make a deposit of $400 dollars at the time of registration for each class.

The total cost is due two weeks prior to the first day of class, unless a payment plan is offered.

Payments may be made by cash, check, cashier check or money order.

Refund Policy

Symbol Job Training, Inc. will retain an amount computed prorata by class hours completed.

Symbol Job Training, Inc. will retain the registration fee, an amount not to exceed $150 dollars or 50% of the tuition cost, whichever is less, and any deposits made for each class of instruction. In addition, Symbol Job Training, Inc. will refund the cost of only those books and materials purchased for the current or future terms if the books and materials have been returned to the school unmarked.

A. When notice of cancellation is given two weeks prior to the beginning of the first scheduled class day, all of the tuition and fees will be refunded except the registration fee and deposit for each class.

B. A student that drops the class by the beginning of the second class of instruction, student shall receive a refund equal to 90% of the tuition.

C. A student that drops the class by the beginning of the third class of instruction, student, will receive a 50% refund of the tuition.

D. A student that drops the class any time after the beginning of the third class will not be eligible for a refund.

E. If a letter of withdrawal is submitted, it must be delivered to the school management. The date of withdrawal initiated by a student should be the date the letter of withdrawal is postmarked or, when the notice is hand-carried, it shall occur on the date the notice is delivered. The school shall provide a receipt for each letter of withdrawal received.

F. In the event a student withdrawing from a course of instruction is under the age of 18 on the date of withdrawal, notice of cancellation shall be made by the purchaser of the enrollment agreement.

G. Symbol Job Training, Inc. shall refund all monies paid to it if, THE SCHOOL FAILS TO CONDUCT THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS ON THE DAY OR TIMES SCHEDULED, DETRIMENTALLY AFFECTING THE STUDENT.
